Pregnant and Sick

I was SO hoping to avoid this during pregnancy. I had gotten a wicked cold right before I got pregnant so I was thinking I would be able to go the whole pregnancy without getting sick again. No luck. This thing came on quickly and with a force. Basic nasty head cold / sinus infection. I would have LOVED to taken Nyquill --- but you know how that goes when you're with child! Hopefully it will pass quickly. I'm feeling a little bit better, but it has been 3 days already!
