Update from the hospital

I'm sorry, but this place makes it way too convenient for a computer junkie. I've got full signal wifi in this amazing room. Hardwood floors, recessed lighting, huge bathroom, recliner, plasma screen TV, huge windows...

Carmen, Beth's best friend from high school, is an L&D nurse here at Winnie Palmer. She works the night shift, and actually came 3 hours early and will be here til 7:00am. She actually got us in ahead of the person above us on the waiting list, which is amazing. She'll be our labor nurse through the whole deal, and Beth is really excited about that. Let's just say their relationship is going to head to a whole new level:)

Here's a picture of Beth while we were waiting to get admitted...

And here's a few of the room and Carmen shoving needles into her arm...

So, the Pitocin will start in about 30 minutes or so, and that means anywhere from 12:00am to 3:00am will be full blown go time. This will probably be my last post until then... Exciting stuff!! Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.

Woo-hoo!! Mike and I are stuck ast Panera working on finding jobs (ugh) so I was thrilled to check in on you guys and find a new post. Glad they found you a bed, and how wonderful that Carmen will be able to be your nurse!!

Oh, and can we make requests for certain posts? Maybe one of Beth during super intense contractions, or maybe a guided video tour of the room with Justin as the guide. Just something to think about....

In all seriousness, I'll be praying for a fast and safe delivery. Say hi to Keller from his aunties. :)

No posts since my last comment...does that mean you didn't like the video tour of your hospital room idea, or that Keller's working his way into the world? HOpe it's the latter. :)
